Arena São Paulo

The Arena of São Paulo was chosen to host the opening match of the FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014 and still others will house five games, including one of the semifinals.

Questions about the World Cup: Security

The safety of the 2014 World Cup will be made for about 170,000 agents spread throughout Brazil and in the vicinity of stadiums and within them . The games took place from June 12 until July 13 .

Men and women of the three weapons ( Army , Navy and Air Force ) , Civil Police , Military Police , Federal Police , Federal Highway Police and National Security Force , will be involved in this great security system , which provides surveillance by land, sea and air .
The safety plan is spread over two main sectors . One is called the axis of public safety , which involves policing the areas of stadiums , training centers , public venues , fan fests , attractions , ports , airports , roads and escorting delegations . In Brasilia will be placed a command center and main control , which receive information all twelve venues of the World Cup , each featuring local control centers .

This great security scheme assembled specifically for each of the twelve seats receiving the World Cup games seeks to guarantee the completion of the games and the integrity of all persons connected with the event , which includes leaders , players , fans and technical committees .

Besides increasing the number of cameras scattered throughout the host cities, the Federal Police are testing the use of unmanned aircraft to assist in crowd control. Called UAVs, vehicles are quiet and can be remotely controlled. A similar model is already used to verify the Friendship Bridge in Foz do Iguaçu (PR), a region that borders Paraguay and suffers with trafficking and smuggling.

The world cup in Brazil

The creation portrays the beauty and diversity of Brazil through a color drawing, emotive and vibrant. The creative concept behind the poster ( "a whole country at the service of football - Brazil and football, a shared identity") was what inspired the Crama thinking in drawing winner. This is evident throughout the piece, especially in the detail of the legs of the players competing for the ball and revealing at the same time the map of Brazil.
Brazil was chosen by FIFA to host the Football World Cup in 2014. The choice was disclosed in day may 31, 2009 and generated a lot of happiness and celebration popular in Brazil. As will host the World Cup, the Brazilian team is already automatically classified to compete in the 2014 World Cup. The games of the 2014 World Cup will take place between the 13TH of June (opening game) and 13 July (final).

Brazuca is the name of the ball of the 2014 Football World Cup. The name was chosen through a poll (with about 1 million votes).

BR Tour: Salvador

During i was in Salvador, Bahia, i had the idea of watching if it would have good ways for access, mainly because tourists. And it had, look the images:

As I have gone to Salvador, Bahia, I decided see if there were signpost and if they were in good conditions. As result, I’ve see a lot of signpost and almost all them were in Portuguese, English and Spanish, so I got myself surprised with it because even São Paulo, that is bigger than Salvador doesn’t have it.

São Paulo Subway

After the Exchange we decided go to a crowded place as Subway, Train and Bus Station of Barra Funda-SP. We asked about signpost for tourists, as answer the lady said that “If even us can know where to go with those bad signpost... How would a tourist find?”, the lady was disturbed but she was polite with us.

Exchange

We went to an Exchange asking about World Cup and how would be tourism here and about travelling abroad, unfortunately, we could only know that travelling abroad won’t get cheaper, it will only get more expensive than it was, mainly by the dollar price.
